Ying – Yang

Essential oils influence us via our respiratory system and skin. Vapors from essential oils reach the nervous system via our breathing organs, which affects our mood (calming and invigorating effect…). Essential oils also increase excretion, accelerate circulation and calm the skin by entering the bloodstream through our skin.

Essential oils can be used with aromatic lamps, in baths or massaging. Practice caution with essential oils, as they are extremely concentrated and should not be overdosed.
